Boogertman + Partners has staff contingent consisting of Architects, Designers, Interior Architects, Interior Designers, and Technologist all of which are supported by professional Administrative Staff, a Specifications Specialist, an in-house Graphics Studio and 3D Architectural Renderings, Visualisation and Animations Department.

    This international office is focused on the opportunities resulting from the 5–10% growth in African economies. Boogertman + Partners currently has on-going projects in Kenya, Botswana, Angola and Zambia, with recently completed projects in Egypt and the Sudan. Design proposals are underway in Libya, Namibia, Ghana and Uganda.


Mauritius has always been a blue-chip investment area, with sustained property values and growth. The ‘Bagatelle Mall of Mauritius’, which is the first, and possibly only, regional shopping centre in Mauritius started construction in October 2009, and opened its doors for trading in September 2011. This first phase 44 359sqm comprehensive retail and entertainment destination has been extremely well received by shoppers from all over the island. The zoned Bagatelle development will not only integrate commercial and office developments but will include large scale businesses, hotels, schools, residential and civic land components.
